About

Meet Ugonma

She answered the call to energetic wellness during a time of heightened stress and confusion. Like many of us, she yearned for a deeper connection within herself and sought a way to navigate life's uncertainties with grace and resilience. In that pursuit, she discovered the profound power of energetic healing modalities, igniting a transformational journey that would heal her own wounds but hold space for others to embark on their path to self-discovery and inner harmony.

Over a decade later, her journey has been nothing short of magical. She’s had the privilege of co-leading or teaching yoga and wellness retreats worldwide, starting a wellness clothing and jewelry line, teaching energy healing to doctors at NIH, and nurses at Children's Hospital. She’s taught yoga and wellness modalities to professional athletes, actors, business professionals, children at synagogues, inner-city high schools, college students, women with infertility challenges, cancer survivors, and seekers looking to grow or to heal in new ways.  Her wellness practices services include one on one sessions, group workshops, trainings, courses, and writing.

Ugonma is a warm and compassionate healing ally who brings an element of open heart and powerful transformation to her classes trainings and events. In her off time, she enjoys walking her spirited lil dog Chloe in nature.
